Garden Room

The Garden room is our feature restaurant area, bright, modern and garden facing, the room connects the indoors with the outdoors.

This light, airy space has subtle decoration and extensive use of glazing, including two large lantern roof lights which flood the area with natural light.

Along one entire wall is a historic local map that records the "Morecambe Hotel", then a coaching inn.

Internal walls are glazed, one with original sash windows, the other semi-topped with glass. The effect is to distribute light and to maintain a connection with neighbouring areas.

The seating capacity of the garden room is 20 people.

Accessibility

This area is located on the ground floor with ramp access.

Group bookings

We have the space to cater for large groups, including those with children. Large groups may wish to consider booking the Poulton room, our private function room used also for parties and events, though the room is accessible only via stairs.
